Baked cauliflower – the recipe is very trendy

Cauliflower is low in calories, healthy and well tolerated. Especially baked and breaded, the cabbage is a delicious side dish or a healthy snack. You can find the recipe for baked cauliflower here.

As a simple snack, lunch or dinner – the baked and breaded cauliflower tastes great as a side dish or a delicious main course with a healthy yoghurt dip and tastes a bit like chicken wings.

Shopping list – baked cauliflower

For two batches of baked cauliflower you will need:

  • ½ head cauliflower
  • 60 ml  milk
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons grated  Parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

preparation steps

Prepared in about 45 minutes:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, line the baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Wash the cauliflower carefully, then divide into florets.
  3. Mix the flour and milk in a bowl, then mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika and  salt in another bowl  .
  4. First dip the florets in the flour-milk mixture, then roll them in the breadcrumbs mixture.
  5. Spread the breaded cauliflower florets a little apart on the baking paper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a salad or a tasty, healthy dip, or enjoy as an accompaniment to meat.

Tip: If you want to serve the recipe as a main course or for several people, you should double or triple the quantities accordingly. Enjoy your meal!
