Bircher muesli – simply homemade
The recipe is suitable for four people and is the ideal breakfast for the whole family. The fiber keeps you full for a long time and is light on the stomach. Natural yoghurt, low-fat quark and milk also provide the body with protein and important potassium and calcium. The fruits provide a fresh and healthy effect.
Ingredients for a fruity Bircher muesli
Fruit and berries can be varied according to taste and season:
- 30 grams of almonds
- 20 g raisins
- 250 g yoghurt (natural)
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 150ml milk
- 2 tablespoons honey , agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1 apple
- 2 bananas
- 50 grams of blueberries
- 100 g tender oat flakes
- 1 to 2 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
preparation steps
In 20 minutes to a delicious breakfast:
