The following ingredients are required:

  • 1 pack of frozen blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 pack of fresh blueberries and raspberries
  • Fresh mint

Preparation steps of the smoothie

The preparation is so easy:

  • Thaw blueberries
  • Select fresh blueberries and raspberries
  • Finely puree the thawed berries with the bananas and the smoothie
  • Pour into a glass
