Delicious omelet: Fast, healthy and versatile

Omelet: Ingredients for two servings

Serve as a basis:

  • 4 Owner
  • 100ml  milk
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 TL Beer

Ingredients that can be added individually according to taste:

  • ½ onion
  • 50 g bacon or ham
  • ½ Paprika
  • spring onions
  • Fresh spinach
  • Cheese: Mozzarella or  Parmesan
  • tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Various herbs and spices: coriander,  parsley , Italian herbs

preparation steps

The preparation of the omelet succeeds with these simple steps:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper with a fork.
  2. Cut the ingredients into small pieces according to taste and sauté in oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the egg base, spread evenly in the pan by tossing and allow to set.
  4. Let steep at low temperature.
  5. Finally, fold in the edges on two sides with a spatula to form a kind of dumpling.
  6. Garnish with herbs and enjoy.
