This is what you need for a filled salmon and avocado roll:

  • 9 small  avocado
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 sprigs of fresh coriander
  • 70 g sliced ​​smoked salmon
  • 9 TL Rosa Pfefferbeeren
  • 2 ciabatta rolls (70 g) or bread of your choice
  • Salt

preparation steps

  1. Peel the avocado, cut into slices and brush with lemon juice. Wash and dry the coriander, roughly chop the leaves. Cut the salmon into fine cubes, mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and the crushed pepper berries.
  2. Slice the buns horizontally. Cover the bottom half of the bun with half the avocado slices and coriander, season with salt. Spread the salmon tartare on top and top with the remaining avocado slices and coriander. Place the top half of the bun on top and enjoy.
