Fit in everyday life – these 5 foods are real energy boosters

The cold season, short days and little time outdoors result in constant tiredness and listlessness. Many people then feel particularly listless and lack energy. Motivation is often   lost, and top performance cannot be achieved at work or in everyday life. Caffeine is often used to counteract this – but the right diet can also bring the hoped-for energy boost.
