Ingredients for the Big Mac roll

For the  dough  you need the following ingredients:

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 150 g grated  cheese  (reduced fat)
  • 3 Owner

The  sauce  contains:

  • 2 TL Ketchup
  • 1 TL Senf
  • 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt

For the  filling:

  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pfeffer
  • 3 gherkins or pickles
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 slices of melted cheese

That’s how it’s done:

  1. For the dough, mix the low-fat quark, cheese and eggs and stir into a thick mass. Spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, then let them cool down.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce.
  3. Fry the ground beef, salt and pepper in a pan. Slice the cucumbers  and add to the meat.
  4. First spread some of the sauce on the dough and then add the still warm minced meat and let the sliced ​​cheese melt on the minced meat.
  5. Spread the lettuce and tomatoes with the remaining sauce and roll up the dough like a wrap and enjoy.
