Healthy Breakfast: Banana Pancakes

Banana pancakes or pancakes are quick and easy to prepare and taste great with applesauce, blueberries and Greek yoghurt or almond butter. The recipe for four people and a healthy breakfast is easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for banana pancakes

What you need for four people:

  • 90 g oat flakes
  • 40 grams of walnuts
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 Owner
  • 80 ml  milk , almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tsp  honey  or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

preparation steps

That’s how it’s done:

  1. In a blender, grind the oatmeal and walnuts and mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Stir in the egg, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, turmeric and honey, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour coconut oil into the pan and bake the dough on both sides for about two minutes until golden brown.
