Healthy snack: avocado chocolate pudding with pistachios

Quick, delicious and super easy to prepare: the avocado chocolate pudding with pistachios is a healthy snack for in between meals or a dessert for a clear conscience. You can find the recipe here.

Superfood  avocado  meets chocolate and pistachio.


For four servings you will need:

  • 4 bananas
  • 3 Avocados
  • 300 g coconut milk
  • 100 g Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp shelled pistachios


Two steps to delicious pudding:

  1. Puree the avocados, bananas, coconut milk and cocoa powder in a blender until creamy.
  2. Pour the pudding into glasses, chill for at least two hours and garnish with the pistachios before serving.
