Keeps you warm and keeps you fit: lentil soup

Ingredients for a delicious red lentil soup

You will need these ingredients:

  • 2 THE Öl
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch  of parsley
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 1 tsp  cumin
  • 1 TL Kurkuma
  • 1 TL Curry
  • 4 tsp vegetable broth
  • 350 g red lentils
  • 1 spoon of sour cream

preparation steps

How to make the lentil soup:

  1. Cut the onions, soup vegetables and parsley into small pieces and sauté in the oil together with the turmeric, curry and caraway seeds in a saucepan.
  2. Add 1.5 liters of water, the vegetable stock and the red lentils and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Fresh parsley and a spoonful of sour cream refine the soup.
