Ingredients for a delicious red lentil soup
You will need these ingredients:
- 2 THE Öl
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 TL Kurkuma
- 1 TL Curry
- 4 tsp vegetable broth
- 350 g red lentils
- 1 spoon of sour cream
preparation steps
How to make the lentil soup:
- Cut the onions, soup vegetables and parsley into small pieces and sauté in the oil together with the turmeric, curry and caraway seeds in a saucepan.
- Add 1.5 liters of water, the vegetable stock and the red lentils and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Fresh parsley and a spoonful of sour cream refine the soup.
