Quick Dinner: Mixed skillet with turkey

If you want it to be quick and healthy in the evening, the vegetable stir-fry with salsa dip and turkey is the perfect dinner. Ready in just 15 minutes!

Recipe: Ingredients for two servings

  • 200 g  Maize  (Dose)
  • 200 g Kidneybohnen (Dose)
  • 200 g Putenfilet
  • 4 sprigs of flat-leaf  parsley
  • 2 TL Beer
  • Salt
  • Pfeffer
  • 4 EL scharfer Sauce-Dip

preparation steps

Rinse the corn and kidney beans, drain. Cut the turkey fillet into thin strips. chop parsley Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips in it. Add the corn and beans, season with salt and pepper and continue to sauté until the vegetables are hot. Fold in the parsley and stir again. Serve the vegetable pan with salsa dip.
