Superfood: 5 foods with anti-aging effect

Proper nutrition can have a positive effect on the skin and its aging process. These foods are the natural elixir for wrinkle-free and youthful skin.

Antioxidants, vitamins and other ingredients in food can prevent wrinkles and promote a natural anti-aging effect. These five foods should not be missing from the menu.

1. Tomatoes

Low-calorie anti-aging food: Tomato’s antioxidants and lycopene can help prevent wrinkles. Tomatoes are the perfect addition to salads, guacamole, mozzarella or snacks. Tomatoes taste best in the summer from July to the end of August.
