 An anti-inflammatory sea bath can be   suitable for  skin blemishes . Simply add 500 grams of sea salt to the bath water. However, you should not enjoy the sea bath for more than 15 minutes.

 A  milk bath,  like Cleopatra used to do, is perfect for  dry skin . For this you need:

  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons of  honey
  • 3 tablespoons oil (e.g. almond oil, jojoba oil or sunflower oil)

The milk bath soothes irritated skin areas and smoothes the skin.

Face care tips

You can also use the wellness day to pamper your face, because a fresh complexion looks healthy and relaxed. For example, clean your face and  apply  a matching  face mask  or pack after a scrub .

  1. Place a cupful of dried herbs in a bowl.
  2. Pour in two liters of boiling water.

While bathing you can simply close your eyes and indulge in your thoughts or have fun with a book.
